Several  Page Perry partners have extensive experience in handling appeals—including one (Craig Jones) who has argued cases in the United States Supreme Court and is counsel of record in over 50 published appellate decisions.  Whether you lost your case at the trial court level or are trying to hold onto a victory, our attorneys may be able to help you and your trial lawyers with the appeal.  Many excellent trial lawyers are not proficient at handling appeals, and in some cases there are legal or strategic reasons why it makes sense to bring in additional counsel for the appeal if the stakes are high enough to justify the cost.  Our appellate lawyers have successfully handled cases in federal and state appeal courts all over the country, and we are willing to discuss flexible fee arrangements with you and your trial attorneys that are tailored to the particular circumstances of your case.
