National Medical Enterprises Litigation

Mr. Dorr's firm and co-counsel successfully represented over 600 former patients of NME psychiatric hospitals in Texas in a psychiatric health care fraud case (Dorothy A., et al., v. National Medical Enterprises, Inc., et al.). The matter settled for a confidential amount prior to trial.
