Nofi was a presenter at a panel discussion of current legal issues facing the securities industry at Oppenheimer & Co.’s Second Annual Central American and Caribbean Conference held in Atlanta, Georgia in September 2007.  Mr. Nofi appeared with Dennis McNamara, Oppenheimer’s general counsel, and spoke on various scams and schemes perpetrated on customers.
