Ms. Kesner represents customers in arbitrations and court proceedings in securities disputes involving unsuitable investments and advice, breach of fiduciary duty, and misrepresentations. Prior to returning to the Atlanta area in 2008, she represented clients in insurance defense matters, and was an in-house attorney for a South Florida corporation, attending to corporate matters including litigation, contract review, business transactions and negotiations, copyright/trademark infringement, and employment law issues.

Upon graduating law school, Ms. Kesner worked in New York City assisting attorneys in developing strategic graphic and demonstrative presentations for trial for complex cases, including some of the largest cases in the country. Ms. Kesner worked on a variety of disciplines including securities fraud, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, criminal trials, and others.

Prior to law school, Ms. Kesner had several years in the securities industry, working for large broker-dealers and for an Investment Management Firm. During this time she concentrated on evaluating client risk, proper asset allocation, due diligence of money managers, and investment research.

Ms. Kesner attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University for her undergraduate studies, receiving a B.A. in Communication. She received her juris doctorate from Georgia State University School of Law in May 2003. Ms. Kesner is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association and Georgia Bar Association, and is licensed in Florida, Georgia, the Southern District of Florida, and the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Kesner was involved in bringing the first annual Morgan Adams Concours de Elegance Charity Event benefiting pediatric brain cancer to Boca Raton, Florida in March 2007.
