Mr. Davis is an experienced trial lawyer and securities arbitration attorney who concentrates his practice at Page Perry, LLC in the areas of securities arbitration and litigation claims and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Davis has successfully represented clients all over the country in multi-million dollar securities claims against some of the largest firms in the industry. He has extensive experience in all aspects of securities arbitrations, state and federal litigation and procedure, and jury and bench trials. A significant portion of his securities practice consists of representing clients in securities "product" cases involving private placement or "Regulation D" offerings and other complex structured financial instruments containing collateralized debt obligations, collateralized mortgage obligations and other asset-backed securities. Since 2009, Mr. Davis has successfully assisted over 45 securities clients in recovering over 8 million dollars in losses including the recovery of 1 million or more on three separate occasions.

Mr. Davis' experience also includes the prosecution of nationwide class actions and collective suits dealing with multi-million dollar claims ranging from securities fraud, to breaches of fiduciary duty under ERISA as well as consumer protection issues. Prior to joining Page Perry, LLC, Mr. Davis and his previous firm were also involved in representing such high-profile clients as the estates of Frank Sinatra, Janis Joplin, John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix. During the past 15 years, Mr. Davis's trial experience also included the representation of individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. As an avid motorcycle rider, Mr. Davis also continues to represents those injured in motorcycle collisions as well as individuals catastrophically injured in other types of collisions.

Mr. Davis was previously recognized by his peers as a Superlaywer "Georgia Rising Star." He is admitted to practice in all Georgia Trial and Appellate Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Davis is also an active member of PIABA, the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, an international bar association, whose members represent investors in disputes with the securities industry.

Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1991 and received his law degree from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 1995.
