Pratt H. Davis is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice at Page Perry, LLC in the areas of complex commercial litigation, securities claims and catastrophic injury/ wrongful death claims. He has extensive experience in all aspects of state and federal litigation and procedure, including discovery practice, motion practice, and jury and bench trials.

Prior to joining Page Perry, Mr. Davis had his own practice where he was involved in nationwide class actions and collective suits dealing with multi-million dollar claims ranging from securities fraud to breaches of fiduciary duty under ERISA as well as consumer protection issues. Mr. Davis's trial experience also included the representation of individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. During this time, Mr. Davis's firm was also involved in representing such high-profile clients as the estates of Frank Sinatra, Janis Joplin, John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix.

Mr. Davis has been recognized by his peers as a Superlawyer "Georgia Rising Star" and is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Davis has also routinely represented clients in other jurisdictions outside the state of Georgia on a pro hac vice basis.

Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1995.
