Page Moderates Webcast On Auction Rate Securities
Page Perry Senior Partner J. Boyd Page moderated a 90-minute West Legalworks webcast earlier this week on “The Future of Auction Rate Securities.” Held on October 20, 2008, the wide-ranging webcast covered the causes and effects of auction rate securities auction failures, adequacy of disclosures made to investors, alleged manipulation of the market, valuation, and the overall regulatory and litigation outlook.
Also participating in the webcast were lawyers from DLA Piper, Lowenstein Sandler PC and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as well as the Managing Director of Duff & Phelps LLC.
