Page Perry Partner Craig Jones Argues In Georgia Supreme Court

On November 7, 2011, Page Perry partner Craig T. Jones argued a case in the Supreme Court of Georgia on behalf of two McIntosh County property owners who were sued by a neighbor in a quiet title action.  The suit, which sought to establish ownership over a disputed strip of coastal real estate that would give the neighbors deep water access to build a commercial boat marina, was settled after years of litigation in which the clients were represented by another law firm.  After issues arose with regard to the interpretation of the settlement agreement, Jones was hired to appeal the case to the Supreme Court.  A decision is expected some time next year.
