Page Perry partner Craig Jones was quoted by the Atlanta Journal Constitution on February 5, 2011 in an article about litigation funding firms that loan money to plaintiffs with pending lawsuits. Jones warned that such litigation loans tend to be abusive, and the rates charged to the borrower are often disproportionately higher than the risk assumed by the lender.
