Two Page Perry Partners Contribute to Practising Law Institute Publication – August 2007

Two Page Perry partners have contributed articles to the Practising Law Institute’s course handbook for its seminar Securities Arbitration 2007: Arbitrators and Mediators – Winning their Hearts and Minds held in New York City in August 2007. The PLI Securities Arbitration seminar is considered the premier continuing legal education program in this field.

Senior Partner J. Boyd Page dealt with problems both common and unusual that crop up at securities arbitration hearings in Problematic Hearing Issues in Securities Arbitrations: Some Possible Approaches, Strategies and Solutions.

Samuel T. Brannan wrote of the legal basis supporting a holder’s claim in which a customer has been fraudulently induced to retain and not sell a security in Arguments and Authorities Supporting the Viability of Holder Claims.
